McDonald’s announced that in the next few years they will do away with customer self-serve pop machines inside of their restaurants. Discuss what you believe might be the reasons for this move.
I think they are starting to lose money because people are getting refills like 4 times so they are way cheap on the prices. I also think that they are doing this because they are expensive to run and there are way fewer people dining in and more people going drive-through.
