Terms of Service

This is a legal agreement between you and NewzBrain Education. By using or accessing the service, or by providing access to another person, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with the General Privacy Policy and COPPA Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Agreement
NewzBrain may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Access to the Service
Subject to compliance with these terms, NewzBrain grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. We may change or suspend parts of the service at any time unless otherwise covered by a separate written agreement.
Use by Minors
Individuals under 18 may only use the service where permitted through an authorized entity or with appropriate parent or guardian agreement and consent.
Intellectual Property
All materials that are part of the service are owned, controlled, or licensed by NewzBrain and are protected by law. Use of the service does not transfer ownership rights.
Passwords and Accounts
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account and for protecting your login credentials. This responsibility also extends to anyone you authorize to use the service through your account.
Usage Rules
- Do not copy, reverse engineer, or adapt the service code
- Do not interfere with security or access restrictions
- Do not sell or transfer accounts for value
- Do not violate applicable law
- Do not publicly distribute protected questionnaire content except as allowed by law
Privacy
Information collected through the service is governed by our privacy policies. If you are an authorized entity providing access to users, you agree to handle any user information received from NewzBrain in confidence and in compliance with applicable law.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind except where required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewzBrain and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes are governed by the internal laws of the United States and the District of Columbia, and many disputes are subject to informal resolution and then binding arbitration.
Statute of Limitations
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the service or these terms must be filed within one year after the claim arises.
