National Sports Day
This Monday is “National Sports Day.” Write an essay or discuss what your favorite sport is and why. Also discuss the value of competition and how greatness can only be achieved through it.
My favorite sport is basketball. I like basketball because it is fast-paced, and can go from its lows and highs very quickly. I also like basketball because it isn't over till the last buzzer you never know what is going to happen. I think competition is important because it teaches kids to strive for self-improvement. Everyone likes to win, but the question is what are you willing to do to win? How much will you sacrifice to win?
