My favorite sport is Gymnastics. It works your body mentally and physically sometimes too much. It can be overwhelming because of how intense the training is sometimes. It can be even worse if you have a bad coach. But you wanna know the reason I love it so much is now I have a good coach who cares about me and wants me to get better and knows when to push me and when I'm just having a really bad day. And don't even get me started on the thrill of competing.
