10, 3, 2, 1 Rule
The “10, 3, 2, 1 Rule” for good sleep says 10 hours before bed avoid coffee; 3 hours before bed avoid food and alcohol; 2 hours before bed avoid work; and 1 hour before bed shut off technology. Discuss your bedtime process and if this rule can help you.
I feel like this would probably help me sleep a whole lot better considering my current sleep schedule. I like to eat and use technology right up until I have to go to bed, so I don't fall asleep for another 1 or 2 hours unless I'm really tired. I might have to try the 10, 3, 2, 1 Rule.
